    Juilliard, the world renowned music school, asked HBS alumni to focus on their continuing education segment, which runs a number of evening and summer classes for adults of all ages. The group was tasked with finding additional revenue streams that would not compromise Juilliard’s base business (the College).  By finding innovative ways to utilize existing capacity and also by creating a pricing model to reflect the school’s valuable brand presence, the consulting alumni were able to offer ways to immediately boost revenue and gross profit for the division.
